A very Merry Christmas to all our Easy Dessert Recipes readers! I hope that you enjoy your holidays and have a blessed Christmas and New Year. There’s been a lot of difficult times this year, but we managed to make it through in the end… And another new year is waiting for us!

To show my appreciation, I have a few small little presents lined up for you…

First off is… A nice holiday gingerbread house wallpaper! Download it, use it as desktop wallpaper, and share it with your friends. Click on the image below to go to the wallpaper page, right-click on the image and save it to your PC:

Second, a large list of great easy dessert recipes for you! Keeping desserts easy during the festive season can be a great help when we are so busy choosing presents, discussing about presents, debating about the right present, fighting through the crowds to buy presents, finding a safe hiding place for presents, wrapping presents, opening presents and taking snapshots of the presents so that we can post them on the net, writing about our presents on our blog… you get what I mean…

Of course, inspite of making easy dessert recipes that are so easy and save so much of our time, it’s still not enough for us. The recipes not only have to be easy dessert recipes, they have to be delicious and wonderful and astounding dessert recipes too. Don’t you think we are asking for too much? ;)

Well, we’re not here to talk about that today… :) Let’s get to the recipes! The Grasshopper Pie is an easy and convenient to make recipe that can be adjusted to meet the tastes of you and your guests. Cheesecake has always been a dessert favourite so, there’s also a Glazed Almond Cheesecake recipe too. If you’re tired of having a small single layer cake, then you must try the Tres Leches Cake. It’s so moist that it literally melts in your mouth and is filled with delicious caramel… Mmmm… caramel… Next up, something spectacular but easy to fix – The Banana Split Cake! And last but not least, Peppermint Ice Cream Sandwiches for the kids.

Also included are some great tips to help you improve your holiday desserts, such as how to prevent your cheesecake from cracking, how to get the perfect crumb crust, and a good substitute for a cake tester. Click the link below to go to the easy dessert recipes (they all go to the same page):
