3 Prize-Winning Berry Special Cranberry Desserts

This post presents 3 easy cranberry desserts that won first, second, and third place for the “Berry Special Cranberry Treats” contest organized by the Wisconsin Cranberry Discovery Center. These desserts recipes, coming just in time for Valentines Day, are

1st: Cranberry Pudding Cake by Janine Skemp of La Crosse. Ranked high both on taste and appearance,  the clear favourite in judging.

2nd: Cranberry Cheese Bar by Patricia Deml of Meford. An out of this world dessert that would be a great treat for Valentines Day.

3rd: Cranberry Pudding by Judith Renderman of Lomira. A recipe over 100 years old, passed down from her grandmother’s stepmother, and refined through the years.
